Ratio exists to connect the global non-alcoholic and functional drinks community, so where people are matters to everything we do. Knowing which countries our visitors come from helps us improve what we offer and grow our coverage, country by country. Your visit helps, and we appreciate it.

We use it to count visits, see how people find the site, and see which links they click. It sets two cookies: one holds a random ID so a return visit counts as the same visitor, and the other keeps track of the current visit. They last up to two years. Google receives the page you are on, the links you click, how far you scroll, your browser and device type, the site that sent you, and a rough location it works out from your IP address. Google says it does not store the IP address itself. Google may handle this data in the United States, and keeps the visit-level data for at most 14 months. We don't use any of it for ads, and the site tells Google not to use your visit for ads either.

In the EU and the rest of the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and Quebec, and a few places with the same rules, the cookies stay off until you choose Allow. Before you choose, and if you decline, the site still sends Google a signal that a visit happened, with no cookie and no ID that links it to another visit. Everywhere else, the cookies are on unless you decline.

It is kept in your own browser, not sent to us. Change it here any time. Declining also deletes the Analytics cookies already set. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

It receives your IP address with every request, as any web host does. We use your general location only to decide whether to ask before turning cookies on. We don't keep it.

If you write to hello@ratiobeverages.com, we get your address and what you wrote, and keep it so we can reply and keep working with you.

Booking a call takes you to a booking service, which handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
