Ratio is based in Canada. This page says what we collect and what happens to it.
If you write to hello@ratiobeverages.com, we get your address and what you wrote, and keep it so we can reply and keep working with you.
Booking a call
Booking a call takes you to a booking service, which handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
Why we count
Counting visits shows us where our community is, so we can keep making Ratio better.
Google Analytics
We use it to count visits, see how people find the site, and see how they use it. Its two cookies hold a random ID for up to two years, so it can tell a return visit from a new one. Google receives the pages you visit and what you do on them, such as the links you click, scrolling and time on the page, plus your browser and device type, the site that sent you, and a rough location it works out from your IP address. Google may handle this data in the United States, and keeps the visit-level data for at most 14 months. We don't use these cookies to show you ads, and the site tells Google not to use your visit for ads either.
Where you are changes the default
In the EU and the rest of the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and Quebec, and a few places with the same rules, the cookies stay off until you choose Allow. Everywhere else, the cookies are on unless you decline. Wherever the cookies are off, the site still sends Google a signal that a visit happened, with no cookie and no ID that links it to another visit, unless you then choose Allow. To decide whether to ask, we look at your general location, worked out from your connection. That check keeps nothing.
