Office Beverage Programs
01 · Workplaces
Make the kitchen a culture signal.
Ratio designs non-alcoholic beverage programs for modern offices. We curate products into occasion-mapped programs — morning standup to Friday social — so your kitchen reflects the team you actually have. Programs start at $3,000 for a single-site assessment, curation, and implementation.

Nº 01 — The shift
001 / 003
Your team is full of unique humans, all showing up to work in their own way.
There are many reasons someone might be looking for an alcohol alternative — and right now there are more incredible non-alc products on the market than ever before. People are drinking dramatically better at home than at work. The gap between the two is the widest it has ever been.
New hires from bigger companies are vocal about the kitchen. The CEO walks visiting investors past a fridge that looks like a gas station. Closing that gap costs almost nothing relative to headcount but shows up in every kitchen conversation, every all-hands, every office tour.
If you're the EA or Office Manager placing one-off orders on the side — this is built for you. We handle discovery, sourcing setup, and periodic refresh so you stop spending hours sourcing on your own.
Nº 02 — What a program looks like
002 / 003
Occasion-mapped, not random.
Discovery — we learn your team, your space, your schedule, the moments that matter (the morning standup, the Wednesday client lunch, the Friday social, the all-hands), and what success looks like to you.
Curation — a bespoke, premium selection occasion-mapped to those moments. Brand-agnostic. Sourced through trusted partners. The kind of selection your team would have built for themselves if they had the time.
Implementation & support — a playbook your EA or Office Manager actually uses, training so anyone on the team can speak to the products, and periodic check-ins so the program keeps thriving as the team grows.
Nº 03 — Who this is for
003 / 003
EAs, Office Managers, People Ops, Chiefs of Staff — and anyone who cares about creating enjoyable experiences.
The kind of company where the kitchen matters, the culture is visible, and the person managing the office is a sophisticated buyer who gets pitched constantly and has a discerning palate.
This also works for enterprise campuses with wellness budgets, companies going through a return-to-office push where the experience needs to justify the commute, and any workplace where someone has noticed the fridge is embarrassing but nobody has time to fix it.

FAQ
How much does an office beverage program cost?
A single-site assessment, curation, and implementation starts at $3,000. This includes discovery, a curated product list, sourcing setup, and a staff training session. Ongoing programs with periodic refresh run $500+/month, cancel anytime, depending on needs.
Do you deliver the beverages?
We get you fully set up. Your office receives regular deliveries through the best possible supplier partners — we handle the relationship and the rotation schedule during our work together. After we wrap, we leave you with the best ordering structure for your team so you don't have to manage inventory.
How long does it take to set up?
From first conversation to a stocked fridge is typically 2-4 weeks. The discovery call is 30 minutes. Curation and sourcing setup take 1-2 weeks. The team training session is the final step.
What if our team doesn't like the selection?
The periodic refresh exists for this reason. We track what moves and what sits, and rotate accordingly. The first selection is a best guess based on your team profile — the second refresh is dialed in.
Can you work with our existing office snack vendor?
Yes — we're vendor-agnostic. If you have an existing office pantry service or local provider, we can design the non-alc program to plug into their system. The curation and occasion mapping is ours; the execution can stay with your existing partners.
